YK, or Lee Yik Keat, is one of Singapore’s leading photographers at just 21 years old. He documents the Lion City mainly at night and specialises in cityscapes, turning the Southeast Asian metropolis into some sort of Blade Runner vision of the future. We met YK back in 2015. He was one of the selected photographers we were filming on a travel photography tour of South Korea. He was sitting on 30,000 Instagram followers then. He’s on something ridiculous today like 170,000 and one of Singapore’s most sought-after shooters. So glad to see how successful he has become while being so humble. Great things to come from him and had fun filming with him. If you want to see more of his work, highly recommend checking out his work @YK, you guessed it, on Instagram.
